Shipping
Most items are priced by weight and destination, worked out at checkout before you pay — you will never be asked for more afterwards. Some items have a flat rate or free shipping; the listing says which.
Orders are usually packed within one working day. You will get an email with tracking as soon as it goes out.

Choose pickup at checkout and wait for the email saying it is ready — please do not set off before that. Bring your order number.
Local delivery — $25.00
Flat fee inside our local area. If your postcode is outside it, the option simply will not appear at checkout.
Larger items
Some things are too big or fragile to post sensibly — those are listed as local pickup only and cannot be added to a shipped order. If you want something like that shipped anyway, email [email protected] and we will get a freight quote.
Stock
Every listing shows exactly how many we have, and that is the hard limit — we do not take backorders. When it is gone, it is gone. Most of what we sell is one-off stock, so if something is sitting in your cart it is not reserved until you have paid.
